My name is Andrés Zhukovsky, I am a dedicated real estate agent focused on ensuring the best value for money for buyers. If you are new in Spain, I will walk you through NIE, bank account openning and all the process until Notary signature, translating every step for you. I am passionate about the real estate world, with extensive international experience and over 10 satisfied property owners.

With a degree in Law and Economics by Madrid's University and over 20 years in Spain, I have an in-depth knowledge of the process, taxes applicable to real estate transactions, and a wide network of contacts within the industry.

I conduct initial site visits to filter the market, inviting you only to those properties that align with your requirements and pass my quality check.

I will accompany you throughout the entire process: handling offers, negotiations as well as deposit agreement (Arras), mortgage application for buyers, and the final signing at the notary. I also manage renovations and property rental.
